Cancellation Policy
We truly value and appreciate your continued support. To ensure we can best accommodate all of our clients, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
